The client wanted a new impressive modern residence. Building new three bedroom home open plan living combined with the privacy and luxury. The main living area on the ground floor outside the continuous flow through. The house has a main focus on home entertainment with many containing social areas.
The bedroom of the house is quiet and calm each containing the en-suite bathrooms and their broad perspective. Front façade is a prominent feature with large glass panels reflecting light. This is enhanced by water features for a comfortable and inviting to the door. The angle of the roof elements work both visually and with the environment using sustainable design features.
